What makes up the invoice

Seats — the only line that comes from us

You pay for the people who need a phone. The team doubles its calling and our invoice does not move. That is what makes the cost predictable: it tracks headcount, not activity.

Minutes — on your contract with the carrier

We neither resell them nor mark them up. The rate in the calculator is yours, from your carrier agreement; it is worth confirming with them rather than estimating from averages.

Numbers stay yours

There is no number rental in the invoice: numbers sit on the carrier contract. If you leave us they remain with you, because they were never ours.

Where the model does not win

With low call volume and a high carrier rate there is no saving — and the calculator says so plainly. Our model wins where minutes are plentiful and the direct rate undercuts an intermediary’s markup.

Questions about the numbers

Where does the left-hand column come from?

Those are typical published terms for a PBX that bills minutes: roughly $0.02 per minute and about $6 per seat. We do not name specific competitors or compare against their price lists — someone else’s tariff changes, while a claim about it would stay on this site and go stale.

Which carrier rate should we enter?

Yours, from the contract. A common range on a direct agreement is $0.003–0.02 per minute, but it depends heavily on destinations and volume. If you have no contract yet, use the upper end so the estimate stays conservative.

Does the estimate include inbound calls?

No, the field is outbound minutes. With most carriers inbound is either free or markedly cheaper, so it does not move the savings estimate much.

How accurate is the result?

It is a signal for whether the numbers are worth pursuing, not a commercial offer. The exact figure depends on your carrier, your destinations and how many people genuinely need a phone. Send a request and we will price it on your data.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, annual billing is 20% lower than monthly. The calculator shows the monthly price, which keeps the comparison against a per-minute model fair.
