Request access to sipbox cloud PBX

Onboarding goes through a person — there is no self-service signup yet. Tell us about your setup and we will price it against your real volumes, check your carrier for compatibility and create the account. We reply within one business day.

What happens next

01

We get in touch

How many people need a phone, which carrier you use, what should happen to a call. The conversation is what makes the quote honest instead of an average number.

02

We check your trunk

We tell you whether your current carrier works and what to request from them. No trunk yet? We point you in the right direction — we do not sell trunks and earn nothing on that choice.

03

We set the account up

Your call flow, built around your structure: menus, teams, queues, business hours. Connecting the trunk takes about 15 minutes; the flow takes longer, depending on complexity.

Questions about onboarding

Why can’t I sign up on my own?

A cloud PBX only works paired with your SIP trunk, and carriers differ in how they expect it configured. Self-service signup would produce accounts that cannot place a call — no trunk, wrong parameters. While a person handles onboarding, the phone works the first time.

How long does onboarding take?

The trunk itself is connected in about 15 minutes once the carrier details arrive. After that comes the call flow: voice menu, teams, queues, business hours. A simple setup is done the same day; a complex one takes a few days, built together with you.

What should I prepare?

The number of people who need a phone, your carrier’s name and a rough idea of what should happen to a call: who picks it up, what the caller hears, where a missed call goes. Exact minute volumes are not needed — minutes stay on your carrier’s tariff.

Is there a trial?

We discuss trial access per request: it only makes sense once a trunk is connected, otherwise there is nothing to test. Terms depend on whether you already have a carrier.

We are outside Russia — do you work with us?

Yes. Servers run in Russia and Singapore, and the customer picks the region — voice and recordings stay there. Pricing on this English version is in US dollars.
