sipbox integration with Bitrix24
Calls, recordings and missed enquiries reach the CRM automatically. This is the one integration that works today — other connectors are built on the same core.
Card on incoming call
The customer card pops up before you answer. An unknown number creates a lead with the source set to “Call”.
Recordings in the timeline
Every call with its recording and duration lands in the lead or deal timeline. Play it right inside Bitrix24.
Call from the CRM
Clicking a number in the card rings the rep’s phone and dials the customer.
Missed calls are visible
A missed call is reflected in the CRM and in the portal’s “Missed calls” view, and the owner gets a notification.
AI takeaways in the deal
in developmentA short summary and the agreements posted as a comment on the deal. In development.
Routing to the deal owner
in developmentA call from a customer with an open deal goes straight to their rep, skipping menu and queue. In development.
How to connect
Create the application
In the sipbox portal open “Integrations”, pick Bitrix24 and follow the connection wizard.
Match your people
Map Bitrix24 users to sipbox extensions — where the email matches, this happens automatically.
Test with a call
Ring your own number: the card pops up and the recording appears in the timeline. A connection test is built into the portal.
What the integration does not do yet
Listed plainly so you do not discover it after connecting. These are working limitations rather than fundamental ones — some will lift as the connector develops.
- It does not create a deal automatically from an incoming call by an unknown number — a contact is created, the deal is opened by the rep.
- It does not backfill call history: the CRM receives conversations from the moment of connection, earlier archives are not uploaded.
- It does not transcribe conversations — transcripts and AI summaries are in development; today the deal receives the call and the recording.
- It does not sync the employee directory both ways: the mapping between reps is set during onboarding and edited by hand.
- It works with cloud Bitrix24 and with the self-hosted edition reachable from outside; a self-hosted install in a closed network needs a separate conversation.
